FAQs

Why should I trust your program over other breeders in my area?

We know you have options, and we don’t take your trust lightly. What sets our program apart is the level of transparency and heart behind every decision we make. We prioritize ethical breeding practices, health testing, and temperament, not just looks or trends.

Our puppies are raised in our home, in the middle of real family life, using proven enrichment methods like ENS, ESI, Puppy Culture, and the Empowered Puppy Curriculum. We spend countless hands on hours with each puppy to understand their individual personalities so we can truly guide families toward the right match.

We’re also very open about the process. The good, the hard, and the real parts of breeding. It is NOT easy, We want you to feel genuinely cared for. Our goal isn’t just to raise beautiful dogs, but to also raise well rounded family members.

Many families come back for a second puppy, or refer their friends. That kind of trust seriously means everything to us.

We use a master waitlist. When a mom goes into heat, we reach out to our families. Once she’s been bred, you’ll be asked to confirm if you’d like a spot on that litter. After the puppies are born, we confirm gender selection within 24 hours. Deposits secure your picking order.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future litter if needed.

Puppies typically go home at 8 weeks old. This allows time for proper development, socialization, and veterinary care.

Yes! We use Puppy Culture and the Empowered Puppy Curriculum, along with our own temperament assessments. We help guide families toward the best match for their lifestyle and goals.

Our breeding dogs are health tested with OFA/PennHIP, cardiac, eyes, and genetic panels.

Every puppy goes home with:

  • A vet check
  • First vaccinations/ deworming
  • Puppy go home bag with curated items

  • 2 year genetic health guarantee
  • Breeder support

Yes! We offer extended stays, basic obedience foundations, and therapy-dog focused socialization for an additional fee.

To protect the puppies (especially before vaccinations), we do not offer early visits. Families can visit on puppy picking day, or we can do a FaceTime appointment.

We place puppies into breeding programs only on a case-by-case basis and require proof of health testing standards that align with ours.

We love working with families who need a specialized dog. With proper notice, we can guide you toward litters and puppies that are temperamentally suited for therapy or service work.

We do not cargo ship, but we can connect you with a trusted flight nanny or discuss meeting at our local airport. For families out of state, we can handle all travel arrangements and coordinate with trusted, reputable transporters. Ground transport typically ranges from $500 -$1,000, depending on distance and availability.

Always. Once you take home a puppy from us, you’re family. We’re here for training help, health questions, and support throughout your dog’s life.

In most cases, yes! As long as the timing is right. Reach out to schedule a time to meet the parents.

Absolutely. I am always here to help. Matching personalities to lifestyles is one of the most important parts of what we do. We spend weeks observing each puppy’s individual traits, energy levels, confidence, and handling tolerance. We use structured assessments to help guide you toward the puppy who fits your home.

You’re in good hands. We love helping first time puppy families. We provide step-by-step guidance on everything from supplies and feeding to potty training, crate routines, and early socialization.

We understand that timing isn’t always perfect. If you need a little extra time before bringing your puppy home, we offer extended stays or training add-ons for an additional fee. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan for the space and care.
